APS Management (“APS”, “we”) takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what information we collect through apsmanagement.ca, why, how we use and protect it, and what your rights are, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25) and applicable Canadian law.
1. Person in charge of the protection of personal information
For any question about your personal information, or for any access or correction request or complaint, please contact APS Management’s person in charge of the protection of personal information: info@apsmanagement.ca · (514) 285-6786.

- Browsing data (with your consent): pages viewed, visit duration, referral source (search engine, ad, link), device and browser type, approximate location (city/country) and technical cookie identifiers.
- Security data: Google reCAPTCHA analyzes certain technical information (IP address, browsing behaviour) to protect our forms against bots and spam.
We only collect the information necessary for the purposes described below. We never sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and consent
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. They are disabled by default and only enabled with your consent. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the 🍪 icon at the bottom left of the screen.

If you decline, Google may receive anonymous technical signals, without cookies or identifiers, to estimate overall traffic (Google Consent Mode).
5. Sharing with third parties and storage outside Quebec
We use service providers that process certain information on our behalf, solely for the purposes described here and under agreements that ensure its protection:
- Google (Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA, Google Workspace for our email);
- Calendly (appointment booking);
- our web host and Cloudflare (website hosting, performance and security);
- our customer relationship management and automation tools (e.g. monday.com, Zapier) used to follow up on your requests.
Some of these providers store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before any transfer outside Quebec, we assess that the information will receive adequate protection, as required by law. We may also disclose information where required by law.
6. Retention
- Contact requests that do not lead to a mandate: no more than 24 months after the last exchange.
- Information related to a client mandate: for the duration of the business relationship, then as required by tax and accounting laws (generally 7 years).
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
At the end of the retention period, information is securely destroyed or anonymized.
7. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access limited to those who need it, strong authentication on our tools and anti-spam protection on our forms. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the affected individuals and the Commission d’accès à l’information, as required by law.

At any time, you may:
- request access to the information we hold about you and obtain a copy, including in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability);
- request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- withdraw your consent (e.g. to cookies or communications);
- request that we stop disseminating or de-index information about you, where permitted by law;
